Loop collects information you provide directly: captured text and images, account information from Google Sign-In (name, email, profile photo), contact form submissions, and newsletter email addresses.

2. How We Store Your Data

Your captured items and profile are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, secured under your unique user ID. Only you can access your personal data through authenticated sessions. Contact and newsletter submissions are stored in separate Firestore collections.

3. Loop Engine Processing

Loop processes your captured content through the Loop engine for parsing, prioritization, and conversational assistance. Processing follows strict data policies. We do not use your personal data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@loop.ai. You can delete your account from the Settings page in the dashboard.
